Antilles has all new, solid construction, contemporary architecture, high end fittings & amenities included

A few Phase 2 Coach Homes remain in the 212- unit, new construction community with scheduled 2022 completion dates.  More will be closing in 2023.  Pricing starts in the high $400,000’s for Classic Coach Homes that offer 3-Bedroom floorplans in the 1,500 square foot range and include single-car Garages.  The upper floor Montserrat is Antilles’ largest Grand Coach Home floorplan.  It offers 2,444 air conditioned square feet residences with high ceilings and wall-to-wall, Great-Room-wide triple slider door installations.  Its bright and airy living spaces are enhanced by 8-foot solid core interior doors, tall baseboards and wide trims.  Pricing starts at $620,000 for very private preserve or water orientations.  The Montserrat decorator model is available daily  for accompanied viewing.  Phase 2 versions include an on-trend single basin sink in its wide Kitchen island, and a separate dry bar installation with upper cabinetry is just opposite.

Phase 2 construction has doubled the number of available Coach Homes in the south Naples community, and more clearly represents Antilles’ original design concept.  The overall balance between the beauty of its handsome East Indies Island style architecture and the permanence of its full 2-story solid concrete block construction delivers residences homeowners can enjoy for years to come.  The beauty of classic dove gray exteriors punctuated by sharp charcoal gray Bahama shutters and clean lined, pure white trims is fresh and contemporary.  Concrete roof tiles and tonal brick paver walk and driveways in coordinating hues further define Antilles’ elegantly understated presentation.  The built to last permanence of reinforced concrete slab foundations designed with vapor barriers are the backbone of Antilles’ structures.  Roofs are engineered with hurricane clips and wind-protection rated tie-downs as value and security adding features.  Exterior masonry walls and ceilings are insulated and all homes are prewired for data, voice and video.  Windows and exterior doors, including glass sliders, are wind rated and impact resistant.  Enhanced by its quiet location set back from the busy Collier Boulevard, and surrounded by preserves and landscape installations on all sides, Antilles’ beauty and permanence are a few of the community’s invitations to consider enjoying the SWFL lifestyle.  Low monthly fees have been a powerful incentive for buyers since Antilles’ marketing began.

The Coach Homes’ interior features are equally impressive.  Hard-wired fire alarms and whole-house interior sprinkler systems are included, even in the Garage.  Solid wood cabinetry with soft-close hinging are building standards.  Quartz countertops, Kohler fixtures, 16 SEER Carrier air conditioning systems, Rheem hot water tanks and LiftMaster myQ programmable garage door openers with HomeLink connectivity are standard.  Substantial glass enclosed showers are tiled floor to ceiling and all Master Baths include separate commode rooms with full privacy doors and dual sink vanities with wall to wall mirror installations.  Premium Merona door hardware, Decora trim, rocker style electrical wall switches and high arching Kitchen faucets are standard.  All homes include Pantries, walk in Master Closets, Laundry Rooms with appliances, and Linen Closets, all with built in wood shelving to promote air circulation.  Stainless steel Kitchen appliances are included.  Grand Coach Homes offer deep utility sinks in the Laundry Room and Classic Coach Homes are fitted with bathtubs in the 2nd Bath.

Community life revolves around Antilles’ 5,000 square foot Flamingo Club amenity center and adjacent 5-acre Kingfisher Lake and wetland preserve, the latter enhanced by twin fountains for a serene ambience.  The Club’s Entry is flooded with light from wide double-high windows and the Exercise and Fitness Center, Maintenance Office and Catering Kitchen are to the rear.  Antilles’ Selection Center where buyers choose their home’s personalizing finishes is also there and will be converted for the homeowners use when sales and marketing are complete. The huge Gathering Room occupies about one-half of the Club’s 5,000 square foot expanse and features wall to wall views across the community.  It includes the Fireplace Lounge with comfortable furnishings and a big screen TV, Sonny’s all day Coffee Bar and multiple round tables and chairs perfect for dining and general socializing.  Owners have 24-hour access to the Club which the fitness trainers in particular enjoy.

The oversized 3,500 square foot Resort Pool dominates Antilles’ 9,000 squad foot Outdoor Living Area, its curving, free form shape and inviting wade-in, sun shelf entry are an enduring attraction few can resist.  It is surrounded by sun and shade Decks with multiple lounging and seating arrangements.  A multi-person heated Spa, pergola-shaded Fire Pit and wide Tiki Hut with long, quartz-topped service island and BBQ grilling area are within the gated area.  Antilles’ Putting Green and regulation Bocce and Pickleball Courts complete the Outdoor Living Area.  JMD Development provides game equipment at no charge to homeowners or their guests.

A spectacular version of Pickleball played in the dark was introduced to Naples at Antilles last year.  Recorded as Dazzleball by a local player, it is Pickleball played in the dark using neon trimmed equipment, fittings and accessories that are illuminated in bold phosphorescent neon colors under blacklight.  The event will return to its home courts at Antilles on the first evening of Eastern Standard Time, November 6th.  A limited number of time slots are available for play,  The event is not exclusive to Antilles’ homeowners.  Anyone who wants to participate, please visit the DaZZleball.net site to register, one participant per registration.  Partners must register separately.

Antilles is a short drive from the fine dining and shopping opportunities of Old Naples and Marco Island’s world class beaches and fishing spots, which are equally close.  It is a gated community 2 miles south of Tamiami Trail East (US 41), off Collier Boulevard (SR 951). Turn east on Port Au Prince Road and continue to The Flamingo Club, 155 Indies Drive East, Naples,  FL  34114.  Antilles is represented by JRW Developer Resources, a division of John R.
